I've added an automatic Daylight Savings Time adjustment modification to the forum software so we won't have to worry about manually adjusting for it any more.

Note: I set the "default" DST value to on for all user accounts so, if you're in a region that doesn't use DST (i.e. AZ, HI, etc.), you'll need to turn it off via the Profile page (the setting is located right below the Date Format selection)
