Just an update, I spoke with 360 AirIntakez and they do have some issues every now and then with correct sizing. Sometimes, they tend to be a little smaller than they should and they have to correct the size or if to far out of line, they send them back to the manufacturer. In my case, they are sending me out a new one and I should have it on Saturday...

One other piece I was informed about - do not use the stock gasket or a FelPro one - use a new Mopar one. The Mopar one is thicker and made of a rubber compound - the FelPro are made from carboard/corkboard and are not thik enough and do not seal as they should. They go for about $5 and change... The rubbery compound provides a much better seal than the other ones...
