First off Dinner for Thursday is Confirmed at MATILDAS for 6:30 pm
this is a very short ride from the Hotel and we will have our own area to enjoy our meal. We will all meet outside around 6pm and drive over to Restaurant.
Dinner for Friday Night is confirmed as well for 6:30 PM at STEWARTS BREWERY. Again for those attending Fridays Dinner with the group we will meet at around 5:45 PM to convoy to STEWARTS. It is a short Drive there and our Navigator JIM NARDO (EXPERT DELAWARE TOUR GUIDE) has offered us his extraodinary guide services for the Trek There.
When you arrive Either Thursday or Friday please be sure to pick up your Goody Bag in the Lobby when registering. Myself or someone else should be around to greet everyone as they arrive.
Friday Morning we will begin lining up at around 7:45 - 8:00am As in the Past I would like to have the First Three Trucks RED , White , and Blue to Lead the rest of us. Any Volunteers for this please contact me at fstdango3@optonline.net.
As a reminder if everyone could bring along a small unwrapped toy for Girl or Boy for the Toy Drive it would be great.
The First Annual Car Show will include all attendees as there are several different categories that will be judged. Judging will take Place sometime between Fridays arrival at Plant and Completion of the tour. The Judging is being done by an independent team of judges.
Awards will be distributed once judging is complete.
