The bulb for the 2001 D is the #898 and has a 90 degree bend in it, so that the wires are routed down in front of the foglight bracket. When my foglamps died, I looked all over and could not find any brighter bulb replacements, so I just replaced them w/stock ones. If anyone has a source for #898 bulbs (with the 90 degree bend), let me (and others here) know where to get them. Thanks!
