Update: "how was your Weekend"

Just a quick update for anyone interested. The insurance company did total our 01 D that was involved in the accident I posted about last week. So on Saturday our "New" D hunt began. We scoured a few dealerships for some low milage 03's, but all the while my wife kept eyeing the 04's. So I humored her, and we looked at a few 04 SLT's and by the end of the afternoon we were driving an 04 Atlantic Blue SLT home. The other D was her daily driver so I reluctantly gave in and let her choose the replacement. But now after having driven the new D a few times it is actually starting to grow on me. It rides beautifully, and is a very solid & refined vehicle. We got the 380watt sound system the DVD/TV package, leather, adjustable pedals, and the appearance group. I was once one of the "I'll never get that new D" people, but, I have to say I think I will enjoy having this new Durango. We did not get the HEMI simply because I already have it in my 05 300C and I think the 4.7l is sufficent for her commute, and the fact that I do not tow anything. I'll post pics when I have the chance to take some. Thanks to everyone for their kind replys during this situation. Bill
