I do not think John offers a heat shield for any of the S&B filters. The only option would be the canister. But that would require converting/upgrading the z-tube to a "cold" air intake. A 9" filter is HUGE and most head shields I have been able to locate so far have a max. length of 7 to 8 inches. I do not want a canister setup so I am looking for something that covers one side of the filter. the side exposed to the fan & engine.
