From what I have read here the past few years, you don't really need a cat-back. Just cut in the muffler of your choice. I think mine is rusting as well since it sounds really nice lately ;) I am thinking of cutting in a Magnaflow or similar.

A good muffler shop can fabricate a single-in with dual out set up but it's a tight fit especially if you have the tow package. And you'll have to decide whether you want them to do a little bumper cut-out to match the one on the passenger side or whether you just want them to lower the U-bracket on that side to bring the tip out under the bumper even on both sides. I have seen pictures of both set ups and they look alright either way.

Decisions--decisions!

I was waiting to find a good shop in this area and I appreciate the tip Steve-O.
