If you like to blast through water, don't do that baffle removal. It creates a direct flow of water into the intake and will flood the engine with water and you could hydro-lock it. This could lead to bending of connecting rods and new engine.
It is no fun having to remove all of the spark plugs and then cranking the engine over to blow the water out(about 30 feet) and then re-installing everything. Especially if you are stuck in a stream.
