If you are interested in the transfercase change, e-mail Bob at dsuv59rt@snet.net for the contact info or search the archives (I believe his screen name is Bobb). He just had it done this year. I can't say why the rear was spinning. In PT the front and rear should be locked together. Are you sure the TC is actually engaged in 4x4? If you have only one rear wheel spinning, either you don't have the limited slip "anti spin" differential or it is shot.
