Well, here it is Friday, the start of Memorial Day weekend! I just wanted to extend my wishes out to everybody here at the DOC for a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend. Being retired Navy here, this holiday is special to us as it is for so many here.

Please take a moment out of your time to say a prayer and a thank you for all of the men and women in all branches of our military that have paid the ultimate price, their life, so that we all could stay free. A big THANK YOU goes out to all our service members that have served, are serving now, and plan to serve this great country of ours so we can continue to be free.
