Re^2: Plenim Gasket Leak

A quick glance into the TB indicates that there is a slight wetness inside the manifold. There are no large amounts of liquid, but a slight caramel colored, shiny glaze. I attached a cotton swab to the end of a long screw driver and swabbed up some of the substance It looks like this could be oil.

So... is this a DIY job? I've done a fair amount of work on cars, including a new cutch on my '77 MGB last year (not that I'd want to do that again). I do most of my own maintenance, so I'm not afraid to try things. But I can't be without the D for a week either.

Any recommendations out there? How long will this take? Can I do it by myself?
