apparently you would need to disconnect and cap the lines at the front expansion valve where they split for the rear.. I don't know if the proper fittings are available to do this. You also need to cap the rear lines securely, and if you don't get around to fixing it correctly soon you may never be able to because of internal corrosion etc in the part of the system with the leak.
