As mentioned, does your engine ping under load and consume oil? In any event, I don't think the oil you found is normal. Many have swapped in an, "M1", replacement intake manifold which eliminates the need for plenum gaskets altogether. Otherwise, you will need to remove the OEM intake manifold, replace the gaskets, reinstall the OEM manifold, and hope that the new gaskets get seated correctly and don't cause the same problem all over again. But I do agree with Sherry, below, that the symptons you've mentioned so far, (except for oil in the intake..), don't normally indicate blown plenums.If you decide on an M1 manifold replacement, contact, "The Fastman", a corporate sponsor for prices/details.
