99 Transmission Shift Problems while driving slow...

I've been away for a while but I'm back with a problem. I have a 99 with a 5.2 with 92K miles (hardly and towing/off road). Here's the problem: while driving slowly through neighborhood, parking lot, stop light, etc and come to a stop (or sometimes a near stop) the transmission seems to slip into neutral and when you push the gas all you get is the loud vroom vroom from the flowmaster ;) Then the thing decides it wants to shift into gear and jerks forward. I changed the lower transmission fluid, did the front and rear band adjustments, and replaced the gov pressure solenoid and transsducer. Along with this almost every other sensor has been replaced in the last year besides the TPS. Could this be the culprit? I didn't think so but who knows. -Thanks
