You are absolutely right Sherry! That is why they better fix it. Like I said, unless in this position, it is so audible, that even cranking the stereo up to 20+ does not help. It is a pretty good dealership and so far they have fixed everything under warranty no questions asked. They seem to rank customer satisfaction higher than pleasing DC, I guess. Well, if DC had paid just a little more attention to detail, a lot of issues we have been having with the Ds would not occur. True, every car/truck has its issues here and there, but I still think the overall build quality of the D is poor. Having said this, I DO NOT regret having bought a Durango...still love it ;-)! The key is get as many issues as possible resolved before you run out of warranty ;-).
