Thanks Susie. Yeah, it is quite annoying. The funny thing is this: once you lean over the steering wheel, head between dashboard and the steering wheel, you cannot hear it. Well, the noise is so audible and easy to reproduce that they should not have an issue hearing it. I doubt it is engine related. Maybe a bearing in the front? Something loose that causes frequen, on and off harmonic vibration? At first I thought something was just loose or stuck someplace so that it would just vibrate harmonically. I thoroughly checked everything but could not find the possible cause. We will see. I will keep y'all posted.
