Rear disk conversion again

HI! I need to re do my 2KD front brakes and was also thinking of upgrading the rear drums to disks. Anyone out there that has the conversions? I searched the archives and found a couple short threads a long time ago. I can't afford the Stillen big brake upgrade since I have stock rims. Happy with them? Work well?
