Need to locate the remaining zerks

I found 6 and lubed them when I was rotating tires. Upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends on both sides.

The FAQ talks about 4 more:

forward drive shaft (5)
pitman arm (6)
pass side steering idler arm has 2 (upper and lower) (7,8)

Please describe where these are.

BTW, I have aftermarket ball joints that have zerks on them, upper and lower.

About how many pumps of grease for each and how often? I'm using a good quality #2 grease, any suggestions?
