Coolant replacement recommendations?

In my '98 5.9L 4x4 SLT 72K miles I have "green" coolant. I don't think it has been changed/flushed.

What coolant do you all recommend? I don't mind paying more for the DC "red" 5yr/100K stuff if that is what is best.

Or do I just use "rock gut" green Prestone?
