I tow a 6000 lb trailer and use Michelin ATX/MS tires with Monroe shocks. I've been towing for 20 years and can find no problems with this setup. The road manners without the trailer are excellent and the tires are quiet. Traction in snow and ice is excellent also. The tires are siped from the factory.
