Forward drive shaft: near the sliding joint on the driveshaft between the front axle and the transfer case.

Pitman arm, idler: These are on/near the steering link; the Pitman arm comes out of the steering gear and connects to the steering link, where there is a grease fitting. The Idler mimics the Pitman arm on the other side of the car, and has grease fittings where it attaches to the steering link and where it attaches to the frame.
