Tom I don't have the FSM handy but here's a guess from what I remember from my T-bird. Remove the 4 or five screws holding the panel on the door. This includes the ones for the handle etc. Disconnect the latch that connects to the door handle as well as the lockk button. The motor shoudl be aparent bolted onto the door frame. What are the symptoms? I remember on my T-bird, the motor had 3 or four blue plastic tabs that had worn off - meaning the motor was fine. A trip to the junk yard and with the new tabs installed the motor continued working fine. Of course Ford wouldn't sell just the tabs. BTW the tabs slot in between the gear of the motor and cause the resistance necessary for it to engage the window lever. Oh yeah, don't forget the pack the tabs/gear with some good grease for lubrication. Hope that helps,greg
