Grease, Most auto parts shops can turn (cut) rotors, When I had mine cut it costs $8-10 a rotor. They will also let you know if they can't there is a limit of how much metal can be taken off and still be within safe limits set be DOT. You usually service the rotors when you do a brake job, pads will run from $20(cheap) to $90 recomended which I used.
