Breaker bar will probably work, but your D is older than what mine was when we did it. Anyway, breaker bar and an oversized gorilla should get you going.
You'll also need a torque wrench to tighten things down on the new ones. Here are the torque specs:
Front Top 19 ft-lbs - you'll need vice-grips or equiv to hold the stud in place. Also use some thread-lock to keep it tight.
Front Bottom 80 ft-lbs
Back Upper and Lower - 70 ft-lbsJoe
