Just about any image editor will down-size a picture for you. If you can get it down to about 240x360 as a jpeg, you should be able to post it.
Just click on "attach a file" and browse to where it's stored on your drive. If smaller than about 60K, it'll show up directly. If between 60K and 200K, it will show the picture number and the reader will need to click on it to open it up. Anything larger than 200 K should be stored at an on-line storage site (imagestation, yahoophotos, etc.) and the FAQ's will give you instructions as to how to link it to hte DOC site.
