Where about in CA do you live? I live in LA, not too far from the Governator, and can direct you to the shop that did my set up.
A shop in Santa Monica did the single in / dual out muffler, and the shop of Mike Leach, the fellow who made the Mopar PPH Long Tube headers installed my PPH headers. It's all CA legal.
