Possible Answer to delivery problem.

Apparently there was almost an entire shipload of new Rams that was damaged by saltwater. Only 14 of the total shipment were deliverable. All of the rest had to be scrapped. There were several members over on TurboDieselRegistry who were waiting on new trucks too and they had to be re-ordered.
