I know where that is, it's in Gorman, Hungry Valley SVRA. I know who that LOOKS like (Dusty), but it's not, but us in So Cal have all tried to climb those stairs, and I think I hold the title for doing it with most ease when I had my Dakota Quad Cab with rear locker, that allowed me to get to the 3rd step before the truck got that tippy feeling and I backed down, something about having 2 wheels on the ground at that time :).
