2001 Durango 4x4 Chassis Lube Points?

I've been under this truck several times looking for Zerk fittings like I had on my RAM 1500, but haven't been able to find squat. I've even taken the wheels off to see if they were hidden. But it appears that this 2001 uses some sort of grease-less bushings everywhere.

That cannot be completely true, can it? Could someone please give me some hints where I need to look more closely? I've got 36K miles on it and am planning on driving across the USA this winter so I kind-of need to get this taken care of even if it means going to the dealership.
