Another annoying rattle,...

My right rear passanger seatbelt rattles at the pillar post. Right where the bolt for the height adustable strap goes in.

The rattle/vibration only happens only at certain rpms, between 1,500 and 2,000. My five year old son found it by feeling around. It's his car seat that is strapped back there.

So I pulled the belt and the plastic cover and Dynamatted the area. I also greased the sliding plate for the adjuster. Nothing. Then I tried sandwiching the belt swivel mount that mounts on the bolt with rubber o-rings to absorb vibration. Nothing.

I'm tempted to swap sides just to make sure it's the mechanisim before I buy another one.

Any suggestions?
Anybody else have this problem?
