Bushing question

When I had new tires installed today, I found that the upper ball joints are bad on my 01 D. While I have it apart for ball joints, I was thinking of putting in polyurethane bushings...stock ones look bad. Has anyone found these for a 01 D 4wd? Energy Suspensions lists upper bushings only for a 2wd.
