Dexcool=bad news
Do yourself a favor and search yahoo or google for message boards pertaining to late 90's chevy trucks and dexcool. Nearly everyone posting on boards thinks it's nasty stuff.
My wife has a Blazer that I had to flush 4-5 times to rid the truck of it. I posted and asked?'s about it here a month or so ago and got the thumbs down from others. It's supposed to be good for 150K mi. The blazer was completely corroded and clogging after 70K. I can't say that 100% of the problem was the dexcool, but from what I've read about it, I'm pretty certain.
