It is Sault Ste Marie, the building in the background is the Canadian view of the Edison Sault Power Company hydo plant. (at least I hope that what it looks like from Canada - never noticed...)

When I first saw this photo I wondered if it was Dan... Had to be cold since this picture was taken October 8th.

Didn't you get to spend a little too much time up there a few weeks ago. That was right about the time of that photo.
