Do the drop 1st to see how the suspension works with your 255/55-18 setup. This will give you an idea what diameter setup you will need for the 20s.

I have the Hotchkis suspension on my Quad Cab and could have run 275/40-20 but was told I had to get 275/35-20 by the guy I bought the rims from. Learn from my mistake and do the drop first.
