Mark, I thought the same thing when I first saw one. I love the look, but upon closer inspection I realized they have a big ugly red reflector mounted on both corners of the rear bumper. (about a foot below the lights)
Too bad... were it not for those reflectors... that would've been one very nice looking rear end. :)
