It is always best to use a reputable shop. That being said, you should also always use a new pinion nut when replacing bearings. Sounds like a problem with setup or with water damage. If you do a lot of mud play or run through water a lot, you should always check for water contamination in the differentials. Possibly you have a leaky axle vent. That would let water into the system easier. Good luck.
