Wheel and Tire Question?

After too much searching, I think I have found the wheel I want to purchase. I currently have the stock 16" wheels and want to go upto 17". American Eagle Allow has 2 styles which I like, the 213's and 219' (picture attached). Both are available as 17x8 or 17x9.5 w/ the 6/4.5 bolt pattern. The question would be is one width better than the other (tire fit, rubbing or clearance problems)and what offset do I need to look at if I can purchase these? The other part of the equation is the tire choice. I am going with the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's (Forum recomendations and Tirerack survey have sold me) but the only 17 they have is a 265/70-17 instead of the RT's 275/60-17. other than a 2MPH speedo error will this size cause me any problems and which wheel would work best with it, first question?
