O.T. Log On problems

Who do I have to talk to to correct my log on problems? Some times I can log on while at others(most of the time) I cannot! I just logged on to this forum, but while trying to log on to reply to the sale-swap forum it will not allow me!It says registration locked. Incorrect username/ password. The same with the Durango Forum in the user's area. I get into the user area but cannot log on to the forum-YET I get out of the user area and it allows me to log on to this forum for replies. Sometimes my user name must be in caps sometimes not! Very aggravating!
