I test drove a 5.7L Hemi Ram 2500 yesterday, five speed manual transmission. A friend of mine bought it yesterday and she let me drive it for a while. I am impressed! The Ram is a real beast! The power of this engine, particularly in the lower rpm ranges, is amazing. The D does not even come close to this. For a brief moment, I was even considering trading in my 02 D for a graphite Ram 2500. They have another one on the lot, fully loaded. It think it is the Laramie edition or so. Long story short, I am keeping my D for now. Trading it in at this point would just not be feasible, financially speaking...
Best,

P.S.: It was interesting to note though that the 5.7 Hemi also makes a clicking noise while idling. It is as subtile as the clicking I have been experiencing with my 4.7 D, so I guess the Hemi's fuel injectors are quite noisy as well. It seems to be a Dodge thing. The Dokato trucks I have seen to the same thing...
