At the very least, get a Chrysler premium extended warranty asap! In the meantime, drop your oil pan and have a competent engine mechanic examine it very carefully for metal in the pan, then look at the bottom end of your engine for rods/crank..etc damage.
The cams can be examined by pulling the rocker cover off each head to see if there is any sign of damage. Heat is a very insidious killer and knocking sounds in a 4.7 cannot be a good thing ever.
That warranty will be about 15-1700 and can be purchased online at chryslerhttp://www.chrysler.com/owners/index.html?context=sitemap-index&type=sitemap
Did the dealer replace the gaskets and sign off on the engine being ok?
Did you ask them about warranty issues AFTER the head gaskets were blown?
