Re: just saw this on our local news.

I have been complaining to my local dealer for about 6 months about a knock in my front end. I finally faxed him some info. I got off the web about the defect... He asked me to bring in my vehicle for a check. Sure enough they indicated that my ball joints were indeed defected and installed new upper control arms. It took me faxing them information before the problem was fixed.
