Updates: DTR – Water Pump, New Radiator Hoses, Serpentine Belt and More Pics

Well, at 105670 miles, DTR made it out west to NE, CO, UT, ID, WY, SD and back then out to WI, IL, IN and back to MN, before the water pump went south this morning. I did a quick stop at the Post Office before work and noticed a greenish colored liquid under the front end of the truck. Had the small independent garage / tire {Cooper} business come and take DTR off for the day. And as long as it has all the original radiator hoses, I had them change out all the hoses except the one underneath the air conditioner compressor unit and lines, as the mechanic said it would take some extra time to swap this one out. This one appearred fine, so it was decided to leave it and save the labor cost. And with the water pump bearings starting to freeze up, it ruined the new serpentine just put on before DRMR. And I did/don’t want to have any issues for the DSTIR road trip to Michigan. And now my wallet will be almost 5 C notes lighter...
