Greg, before we went to Cascade I installed the M1. Took the Orange stuff with me to my best friends shop and we used it. I have no idea about weather the orange stuff is ok, but if my best friend who has an ASE Master Technician certification with every cert they offer says ok, I lean toward ok. What did you find on the electrical problem with the taillights. Sally forwarded it to me, but without a D and test kit, wasn't sure what the problem could be (other than a bleed through.)
