I have the 32" Pirelli Scorpion AT's on my D. I had some slight rubbing on the front frame rail. I have the stock rims. I did the 2" shackle and it eliminated the rub all together. I never had an issue with the tires rubbing anywhere else. As for the loss of power, I only had the D for a week before switching out the Badyears, so I can't speak to that. I have 3.92 rear and the 5.9 motor. You can always bolt on a few parts to eliminate the drag of the bigger meats... :O) I like the looks of the bigger tire myself and the lift was easy to install.
