re transmission. In the shop manual for my '98 it says under 'condition' "no low gear moves in 2nd or 3rd gear only" it says (1)governor valve sticking (2)governor ciruit electical fault (3)valve body malfuntion (4)front servo poston cocked in bore (5)front band linkage malfuncton.Don't know if any of that helps you, but there you go.
