Yep, it sounds like a head gasket although I don't know why both wouild go at the same time. Considering it ran OK for a while my guess is you haven't done any more damage internally. The heads may have warped though. The upside is you cleaned out any carbon that may have built up internally. I wouldn't drive it any more though and get it into the dealer ASAP to prevent any rust issues. The oil is water-contaminated. Good luck and let us know how you made out.
