Thanx for your post. I guess as I said some have used it others haven't. Some proponents argue for and others against. My only real purpose in all this was as I discovered the new 5 year 150k mile warranty for new coolant fluid for the 300M I thought, cool (no pun) let's dump it into the D and get an extra couple of years over the standard one.

As for the electrical problem, again thank you for inquiring and to Sally for passing it on. I posted a later note outlining the solution. It seems that the reverse and top light only screw in to an audible "click". The middle light HOWEVER, needs to be screwed in PAST the audible click to a full stop. If you don't you end up with the problems I described. Or at least I ended up with the problems mentioned on my 99 D.
