I went down and took a look at the product. It's:

Prestone GM Dex-Cool Approved 5/150 Extended Life

"Meets property and performance specification requirements for DC MS-7170 and MS-9769"

The latter spec is the one for the 2001 300M.

So after flushing, would it work for a 1999 D?
