Re: Any comments you can offer after going to a 32" tall tire?

I put 60000 miles on my 31.5 BFG Mud TA's. I then switched to the 32 BFG Mud TA's. I already had the torsion bar and shackle lift. I stayed with the stock rims as aftermarket rims with more offset caused clearance problems with the body.

My thoughts of the 32's:

I am a big fan of BFG Mud TA's. I have had them on all my trucks since getting stuck on wet leaves with All Terrains. I have the extra traction when needed.

Look really nice and handle well.
Frame rubbing at max full turns. The lugs will let you know. You get used to it.
Some minor body clearing needed.
32's were a big loss of power and I have the 3:92 gears.

If I had to do it again I think the 31.5 Mud TA's would go back on with the shackle /torsion bar lift. They fit well with no issues even without the lift. I did not like the power loss of the 32's is my biggest complaint.

My 2 cents.
