Any comments you can offer after going to a 32" tall tire?

I'm considering making the switch with a stock height D. The wheels I currently have are stock back spacing and 8" wide. Have any insight for me before I go and do it? Positive/negatives? Any perception of power loss between the stock 31's?

Decided on a mud terrain since most of my wheeling is just that.
